Deputy Hayes McKinney is able to infiltrate the ranch; his disguise, as a woman, is unbelievable enough for Maggie to confront him. He doesn't try to deny the fact that he is a man, but tells her if she does not cooperate that he will arrest her aunts; they are suspected of stealing 250 gold pieces. Maggie fears enough for her aunts to go along with him. Of course, her aunts are suspicious of him and eventually he makes his identity known and why he is there. Hayes keeps telling himself that he has come to the ranch to discover the location of the missing gold and to arrest the guilty party(s), who he believes to be the aunts. He keeps telling himself that he is only doing this job so that he can become sheriff when he solves the robbery. He tells Maggie they need to keep their distance even though he can't keep his distance from her; nor can she keep away from him. A lighthearted tale with just enough romance between the two to add some spice to the story.Product details

It was great and i loved Serafina. I couldn't put the book down. It is a good story and keeps your interest.
I really enjoy Delores Fossen's books anyways, but this one is really good. Hard to put down! Definitely would recommend it to anybody for a great read!
I like western romance novels and a lot of Ms Fossen's are good.
This one has a good ending. But what a chore to read. I kept thinking it would get better but never did.
From the very first page, Wrangled lassoes you in and doesn't let go until the last hilarious episode and ultra-hot love scene have ended. I found myself laughing out loud one minute, then feeling quite breathless from the super steamy love scenes, the next. The hero, Hayes McKinney, is very appealing both physically and emotionally. His quest to solve a robbery of gold coins leads him to the "only women allowed" Guardian Angel Ranch where he meets the heroine, Maggie Donnelly, and her two zany aunts. Maggie is an attractive, strong willed woman with a heart as big as Texas. From the moment they meet, their attraction leads you on a wild ride of hilarity and heated passion that doesn't stop until the surprising end. Don't miss this delightful read!
